Exchanging with the team made us learn even more about the culture, common sport and daily life in Zanzibar. At the hotel you can reserve massages, jaccuzi time and also excursions on the Island. Everything is made for you to relax and just enjoy! The roof top bar provides an incredible view over the pool, beach and boats around. You also have a gym available with the necessary equipments to keep your routine. Last but not least the cleanest of the room is impeccable, you won't see the cleaning staff as they are very organised and come multiple time a day when you are outside.

It’s an intimate hotel with top notch service, delicious food, all the amenities (pool, beachfront, spa, restaurant) you need for a luxurious lazy time. What impressed me most was the attention to detail spotless rooms cleaned at least once a day; artfully & beautifully presented food; unfailingly excellent service. We bookended our Tanzanian safari with stays at the Alladin. Each time we arrived in the early hours of the morning (2am & 4am respectively). Each time we were greeted with warm smiles, efficient check in and even a lovely repast of cold salads & fruit platters on our 2nd stay, that we were most grateful for. I suspect this standard of customer service & delight is the result of great management, namely Leigh(?) & her right hand, Dottor (?).
If you wish to feel like you arrived at a friends beach house that is charming, intimate, not crowded & luxurious, where you’ll feel thoroughly spoiled, stay at the Aladdin in Matemwe. You’ll be glad you did.

  Simply excellent  - We had an excellent stay at Alladin. Leigh and the entire staff is extremely nice, just a pleasure to walk around greeting all of them.
Rooms are beautiful and clean... read more (they are clened twice a day) with a nice ocean view. A/c and fan are present and working.
The restaurant serves delicious meals with a great variety of options. The hotel also has a massage room (we indeed had a massage that we really loved) and a jacuzzi. We loved that the hotel is in a quiet area of the island, with a beautiful pristine beach. It is very close to Mnemba, thus it is a great spot to stay if you want to scuba dive (like we did) or snorkel. One night there was also live music that we enjoyed a lot!

We definitely loved our experience at Alladin - for sure the best hotel we stayed while in Zanzibar.
